At Essence Hair, we are committed to delivering high-quality hair products. Please read our Returns & Refunds policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, returns are only accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

• The product is unused, unworn, and unaltered

• The product is in its original packaging and condition

• The product has not been installed, brushed, washed, cut, dyed, or treated

• The product shows no signs of use, odor, or damage

Any return that does not meet these conditions will be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used or installed hair products

• Products with broken hygiene seals

• Custom or made-to-order items

• Sale or discounted items (unless defective upon arrival)
  
  

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

• Photos of the product (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• We recommend using a tracked shipping method

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
