Essence Hair

At Essence Hair, we aim to process and ship all orders efficiently and with care. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and approved.

  • Payments must be completed before processing

  • Bank transfers may take up to 2 additional business days

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you to discuss the best possible solution.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Essence Hair applies fixed shipping rates based on destination and shipment weight. All prices include VAT, packaging, and handling costs.

Shipping Table

Orders Over 2 kg

For shipments exceeding 2 kg, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.

  • Customers will be contacted if additional shipping fees apply

  • Orders will only be shipped after confirmation

Bulk Orders

Bulk hair orders may require separate or adjusted shipping due to size and weight. Additional shipping costs may apply and will be communicated in advance.

Delivery Information

  • Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays

  • Delivery to PO Box addresses is not possible

  • If you are not home at the time of delivery, your package will be delivered to the nearest pickup location

  • A delivery notice will be left so you can collect your parcel with valid identification

Delays & External Factors

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Holidays or peak periods

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.

Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled before shipment, all received payments — including shipping costs — will be refunded.

Refunds are processed within 14 days, at the latest:

  • After receipt of returned goods

  • Or after proof of return shipment is provided

  • Or, if no goods were shipped, after order cancellation

Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
